Supervision is a formalised, regular review of yourself and work, undertaken within the structures of a contracted supervisory relationship.  Professional supervision enables you to grow both as a person and as a practitioner ensuring your practices are safe effective and ethical.

I currently work alongside teams, from differing sectors, in the recruitment process supporting them to get the “right match”, for the recruit, team, position description and minimize recruitment risks. This work includes staff profiling and ongoing supervision/coaching support to develop teams that really work well together, over time.

I provide 1:1 Supervision, Group Supervision and train people in the distinctions of supervision and peer supervision. These sessions can be face to face, telephone or skyped to suit your requirements.
